Household-level affordability research paired with ISP infrastructure and public rights-of-way data. We provide critical analysis of broadband market dynamics and conditions of practical connectivity. Demand-side insights include the Household Broadband Survey, bi-annual updates, and commissioned research into domestic connectivity status, cost burdens, contingency-cost exposure, and household stress-test outcomes. Supply-side materials include GIS-based infrastructure mapping and municipal access agreements obtained through freedom-of-information mechanisms. New municipalities are added as records are acquired.

Mapping and data resources support a regulatory-economics analysis of market discipline, infrastructure deployment, service conditions, and the household cost pressures required to maintain broadband connectivity.
